Sorry, but the translation of the various articles into English and Italian will take some time.

A detailed list of improvements are listed here.

Some topics are still waiting to be written down more in detail (for ex. "Ragtime", "Why Not"), others reflect the state of the ongoing project ("Monarch", "Triple Crown"), others are projects for the near future.

The focus of this site is on building RC yachts in timber, bringing together traditional boatbuilding with modern materials like epoxy, glas or kevlar.

I simply can´t withstand the beauty and grace of wooden boats nor the spirit of those who dedicated their patience and mind in building them.

Most part of what I learned on this matter during the last years I due to british readings, friends and persons engaged in this subject.

This emerges clearly from the chosen boat designs and, for example, from the references in the chapters books & magazines (Bücher/Zeitschriften) and plans (Pläne).

My first and very helpfull contacts have been those to Tony Abel and Chris Jackson, who pushed me into RC yacht modelling with prompt advise in the right moment.

So I apologize if things in this site might not have the character of latest news for those modellers out there in the english speaking world!

Till now parts of this site in promising condition are:

- the articles ("Bauberichte") covering the Woodpecker (IOM), the Triple Crown (IOM), the Monarch (M), and the Baby Tender II (?!?)

- within the chapter Hints & Tips ("Bautipps") the article on Setting up a rig (Rigbausatz),

- iwithin the chapter suppliers (Bezugsquellen) the articles on books & magazines (Bücher/Zeitschriften) and plans (Pläne),

- some progress has been made in the chapter Literature & Links (Literatur und Links) excluding the part on the WWW-Links.
